Data processing agreement template

This is a template for agreement between a customer and the AnalyticFast operator. Publishing it does not make it an executed contract. Request the completed agreement from support@analyticfast.com.

Roles and instructions

The customer is the controller of its website analytics; AnalyticFast is the processor for providing the configured analytics and attribution service. Processing follows the customer’s documented instructions and permitted configuration.

Data and subjects

Subjects include website visitors and customers. Data can include pseudonymous visit identifiers, paths, referrers, UTM tags, approximate location, device details, events and payment metadata. Identity data is present only when supplied through configured identity or payment integrations. IP addresses are not stored with analytics.

Technical measures

Workspace access checks, role enforcement, scoped tokens, encrypted provider secrets, signature verification, HTTPS transport, retention jobs, revocable sharing and deletion controls protect the service. No certification is implied.

Assistance and end of service

The parties must agree response times for rights requests, incident notification, deletion or return of data, audit procedures and backup handling.

Schedules to complete before signature

1. Legal names, addresses, authorized contacts and governing jurisdiction.
2. Processing purposes, lawful instructions, data categories and duration.
3. Subprocessors, storage locations, international transfers and any required standard contractual clauses.
4. Incident contacts, assistance timeframes, audit process and retention obligations.

Cloudflare provides infrastructure; selected authentication, billing and mail services depend on configuration. Obtain the current subprocessor schedule before signing.
