Privacy policy

Updated October 31, 2026. This policy describes the service’s current data practices. For privacy requests, contact support@analyticfast.com.

Accounts and billing

We process account email, profile name, sign-in identifiers, workspace membership and subscription status to provide the service. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by AnalyticFast.

Website analytics

Website owners control their tracking configuration. The service processes page paths, referrers, campaign parameters, approximate location, device and browser details, goals, engagement, and pseudonymous visitor and session IDs. IP addresses are not stored. Location is rounded to about one kilometre. The standard tracker uses two first-party cookies; per-site cookieless mode avoids those cookies and uses a daily rotating pseudonymous identifier.

Website owners may pass identity data with identify(). Connected payment providers can also send a customer name or email. Do not put personal data or secrets in page paths, referrers or event properties.

Purpose and sharing

Data is used to operate analytics, attribution, sign-in, billing and abuse protection. We do not sell analytics data. Workspace members can access data according to their roles. Site owners can explicitly publish aggregate public profiles or create revocable read-only links. Disabled profiles are removed from public access.

Infrastructure and retention

The application uses Cloudflare Workers and D1. Google may provide sign-in, Stripe or another configured billing service handles subscriptions, and Resend may deliver enabled transactional email. Analytics retention is 90 days on Free, 365 days on Growth, and 730 days on Scale. Account and billing records may have separate legal retention obligations. No EU-only storage guarantee is made.

Your choices and rights

Account export and deletion are available in account settings. A website visitor should contact the website operator first because that operator controls collection. Contact support for access, correction, deletion, subprocessors, processing terms or transfer information. Legal entity/address and jurisdiction-specific processing terms must be confirmed with the operator before a regulated deployment.

Checklist requests

If you request the revenue attribution checklist, we store your email and request timestamp to record your request. Marketing consent is optional and separate; downloading the checklist does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Contact support to delete your request.
